A refund, or reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer regardless of the basis for the reimbursement (“Refund”), is facilitated by MULTITASKER LP. This process involves reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer’s card or account at the card issuing bank, with the appropriate amount credited back to the Customer’s card or account at the issuing bank.
MULTITASKER LP will only offer a refund if the provided service fails to meet the specifications outlined for the service or product, and/or if MULTITASKER LP is unable to rectify any deficiencies in the deliverable. The refund amount will not exceed the original price paid by the Customer. It should be noted that MULTITASKER LP's service delivery may depend on team bandwidth and could extend beyond the initially mentioned delivery dates without prior notice; refunds will not be granted as long as the service has been provided or delivered.
In the event of a refund, MULTITASKER LP will issue the refund to the original funding source. For instance, an order funded via credit card will receive a refund to the account associated with the card used for funding the order. Similarly, an order funded via PayPal will be refunded to the original PayPal account. If the PayPal account is closed, the Customer should contact MULTITASKER LP for further assistance.
